Milestones

We, UNITER ENGINEERING PRODUCTS, have business legacy since 1973 with roots into dam gate erection and construction under the name of United Steel Works.

In 1975, under the name of Unitor Engineering Products we begin manufacturing drum mix asphalt plant.

In 1980, first paver finisher machine model no. UAP-04 was launched. This paver machine model was mechanically driven with fix screed. It was vast popular and successful machine. It received appreciations from the customers and famed the company.

In 1996, first hydrostatic drive paver finisher machine was launched, it was model ESP-05. It has rewritten the history of successful and captured wide market with its presence in multiple states of India. This model was gradually revived and upgraded looking over customer’s requirements. This model is among the best sellers and in demand till today.

In 1997, company rechristened to Unipave Engineering Products under the leadership of Mr. Hansraj Sureliya. Our strength lies in to blend on-field experience and customer’s requirement to produce good quality machines. With perseverance, hard work and vision we are able to brand our product in the name of UNIPAVE.
Our evolution has been transitional from a small start up to a professionally managed firm. As a company, we firmly believe that our policies should reflect the nature of our customers. We have strong fundamental, financial and technical arm and necessary eagerness and enthusiasm to grow.

In 2003, we are the first Indian company to have manufactured crawler mounted paver which can lay material up to 9 meters, at a stretch.

In 2007, we manufactured mechanical drive paver finisher machine model UWM-05. This model is specially designed for paving wet mix, GSB, DLC, DBM material.

In 2008, to cater the vast area of asphalt paving work projects we manufactured model HAP-045. This model is specially designed for paving bituminous material.

In 2011, under expansion plans, a newer company was launched in the name of UNITER ENGINEERING PRODUCTS. The prime objective is to satisfy market demand and to quantify the market presence by cutting across geographical boundary.

In 2011, a newer hydrostatic drive paver machine model ESP-03 was launched. This model is specially designed for paving bituminous material and optionally but can be used for paving wet mix, GSB, DLC, DBM material.

In 2013, an existing mechanical drive paver machine was upgraded with hydraulic conveyor drive to easy the hardships of basic mechanical drive paver machines.

In 2015, New Launch – Paver with parabolic screed for test track paving.

In 2020, New Launch - Tandem Roller, suitable to compact parabolic surface road for test track & race track.

In 2020, New Launch - Pneumatic Tyre Roller, suitable for compaction of parabolic surface for test track & race track.

In 2021, New Launch – Sensor Paver Machine UWP3A with BS4 Engine. UWP3A is sensor machinery with 150 tph material laying capacity. UWP3A can pave Bituminous, Wet mix, GSB, DLC, DBM material.

In 2021, New Launch – Hydrostatic Paver Machine UWP03 with BS4 Engine. Functions as well as transmission under UWP03 is operated hydrostatically. UWP03 has 150 tph laying capacity and is able to pave Bituminous, Wet Mix, GSB, DLC, DBM material.
